MAGICAL ROSES CALENDAR 2009

These roses are pure luxury! You should see them in reality, wow - this red is breathtaking! And the smell - to die for!!!

They grow in my neighbours garden, the whole garden is full of roses. I desaturated the background to bring out the amazing color of the petals. also the drops add to the whole composition.

it almost looks as if you captured the black baccarra

. i see all sorts of roses in my work, but ive never been able to capture one the way you do

THE Rose. I love the the fading from that darkish purple to the red in the center and all the dew drops/rain look like jewels. Fantastic! They should have this in Beauty and the beast when they do that close up of the rose lol
