Luxury Rose Revival - SWITCHby `Lilyas

+++ P L E A S E L O O K A T T H I S F O R A W H I L E +++

I was commissioned by a young author from New Jersey to create a back cover for her new book. She wanted a rose design similar to my Magical Roses. I created two layouts with different roses for her. The red rose in this piece was one of them but she decided for the other version that I did. You can view the final book cover on her website aprilbostic.com. As you may realize it's looking like my original Luxury Rose (but it's another shot), that's why I have created another color version in green-blue. BUT I couldn't decide which version I like better so I put both the red and the blue-green version into one.

i think both versions are stunning! the blue/green one might be more unique though, since pictures of red roses are pretty common.

Really lovely. I actually was pretty surprised when one moment it was red... and the next the other color. (didn't pay attention while it changed the color.)
The drops add such a nice effect <3
