Usually regular white sugar, honey, brown sugar or cane sugar... it really depends on what I'm sweetening

I can't use artificial sweeteners though, I'm allergic to the aspartame in most of them, and I don't like the others

_{I can't use normal sugar because I have Insulin Resistance...And artificial sweeteners aren't something I actually like~
However, if I need something sweet, I can use Stevia and that's it <3}

for beverages sugar, but for food we have a special yummy paste here which is made from pomegranate! it has sweet and sour. they're both delicious

Depends on what I'm making. Lately I've been making my coffee with honey in it. However my oatmeal has white sugar in it. If I had brown sugar, I'd probably use it in coffee or oatmeal. I never use artificial sweeteners because I think they taste horrible. Also, my husband is allergic to splenda so that's automatically not used.

I like that one, too. It tastes great but I try to replace it with healthier sweeteners.
